What is Web2Expense?

Web2Expense is a unique, all inclusive, state-of-the-art travel expense management software offered as a service.

Are there different versions of Web2Expense?

Yes. There are 5 different versions of Web2Expense:

  • Mileage Expense Tracker - (Free online mileage expense tracking version)
  • Personal Edition
  • Small Business Edition
  • Mid-Size Business Edition
  • Enterprise Business Edition

How can I contact customer support?

What are your prices are there any hidden fees?

You can view our prices in our pricing page. Our prices are all inclusive that means:
  • No setup fee
  • No upgrade fees
  • No maintenance fees
  • No fees for contacting customer support
  • No fuel surcharge :-)
  • One low monthly fee includes everything

What about custom interfaces are they included?

No, technically they are not included. However, if it makes business sense for us to develop this interface, we will consider developing it for no extra charge. Contact us to discuss the details.

How does Web2Expense work?

Web2Expense is an on-demand service that allows companies to rapidly establish a web-based expense report system that can be distributed worldwide.   Simply sign-up, complete a simple company profile and immediately gain access to a complete travel authorization and expense system.

Does my company need any hardware or software investment when using Web2Expense?

No. Web2Expense is offered under Software-as-a-Service delivery model. Therefore, you don't any additional software or hardware investment.

Do I need to provide credit card information to start using Web2Expense?

No. You do not need to provide a credit card in order to start using Web2Expense. Just use "TRY NOW" button or "Free Trial" link in top menu to start using the system. A workflow will guide you through the initial sign-up process.

What happens after the 30 day free trial period, do I have any obligation?

No. As a company we strive to provide you the best in class travel expense management service. However, for any reason if you are not satisfied with our software service at the end of 30 day free trial you do not have to do anything. The portal will disable your account and your account will be completely deleted after 60 days. Within that period you can always activate your account by contacting our sales department.

Is there a money back guarantee?

Yes. We provide 60 days no questions asked money back guarantee.

How long is my contract?

As long as you like to use the service. There are no obligations or long term contracts to use Web2Expense. You can stop using Web2Expense anytime you would like to discountine.

What happens to my data?

When you use Web2Expense your data resides on our servers. This is a requirement for web based Software-as-a-Service business model.

How can I retrieve my data?

Web2Expense provides extensive reports and many of them can export data into Microsoft Excel. If you have a copy of Microsoft Excel running on your desktop you can download all your data onto your desktop.

If I have a question that is not covered in the FAQ section are there any other online resources?

Yes. Web2Expense is actually running on a multi-tenant portal platform with a built in Content Management System. You can use the search tool located under our logo to search our portal content. Additionally, you can visit our blog on Wordpress or contact our customer support.
