Web2Expense is an on-demand service that allows companies to rapidly establish a web-based expense report system that can be distributed worldwide. Simply sign-up, complete a simple company profile and immediately gain access to a complete travel authorization and expense system. Does my company need any hardware or software investment when using Web2Expense? No. Web2Expense is offered under Software-as-a-Service delivery model. Therefore, you don't any additional software or hardware investment. Do I need to provide credit card information to start using Web2Expense? No. You do not need to provide a credit card in order to start using Web2Expense. Just use "TRY NOW" button or "Free Trial" link in top menu to start using the system. A workflow will guide you through the initial sign-up process. What happens after the 30 day free trial period, do I have any obligation? However, for any reason if you are not satisfied with our software service at the end of 30 day free trial you do not have to do anything. When you use Web2Expense your data resides on our servers. This is a requirement for web based Software-as-a-Service business model. How can I retrieve my data? Web2Expense provides extensive reports and many of them can export data into Microsoft Excel. If you have a copy of Microsoft Excel running on your desktop you can download all your data onto your desktop.
