Help Overview

Web2Expense is an expense management system designed for tracking travel expenses. It is designed to provide maximum flexibility to its users. Within Web2Expense architecture there are three major software components that provides basic services to Web2Expense, namely:


  • Collaborative Content Management System (CCMS)
  • Customer Information Management System (CIMS)
  • Web Intelligence Management System (WIMS)

CCMS is particularly important for Web2Expense help menus. Every help page you visit was created using CCMS. One of the important features of CCMS is its ability to categorize its content. Using this categorization feature Web2Expense content developers categorize help content. Therefore, when you use a menu such as "Travel Request Management" you will only see help content relevant to that particular menu.

Since, Web2Expense is a role based system you will only see menu's which are relevant to your role. In this example, we have chosen a menu that is available on all roles.
